If an eligible home isn’t right during your first 30 days, you can leave without a lease penalty, and b. pays for another eligible move. The light, the noise, or just the feeling: living somewhere tells you more than a tour.
The details matter.
Participating properties, geographic coverage, when your 30 days begin, notice requirements, limits on covered moving services, and any exclusions are still being developed. We will provide the complete program terms before you commit to a participating lease.
When we say we pay for your move, we mean covered moving services. It does not mean free rent, waived deposits, or that every charge under a lease is covered.
What this page means today.
This describes a proposed service. It is not a current guarantee, insurance policy, or offer to cancel a lease. Joining the waitlist does not create a lease, reserve a home, or change your existing lease obligations.
Where licensed brokerage services are required, the launch experience is intended to involve appropriately licensed professionals. Provider identities and applicable disclosures will be available before a transaction.
